Go-to-market plan & video

Played pivotal role in defining go-to-market strategy for this subscription SaaS suite - launched in October 2023.
​

  • On top of strategic direction & conducting user research on our riskiest assumptions, Introduced and facilitated go-to-market planning template, workshop to align product sales and marketing efforts, helped shape onboarding & support strategy and feedback loops for launch.

  • Collaboratedwith Head of Brand & Brand Designer to shape visuals, value propositions, functionality, and key flows for this go-to-market video walkthrough.

Stakeholders: Head of Product, General Manager of Rental Agent & Tenant Services, Chief Revenue Officer, Commercial Manager, Head of Referencing, Head of Sales, Director of Lettings & Head of Trade Marketing.

Vision for B2B & B2C

Vision presentation for board

Defining, prototyping and presenting a strategic 3 year vision for the B2B and B2C offering to present to the C-suite.

  • Split out by core journey, informed by research insights and business strategy.

  • It was so successful it was presented to the board, as well as the company internally.

  • Results: board got very excited. It also served to drive crucial conversations about cross-domain friction points, roadmap planning improvements and resource gaps.
     

Collaborated with Lead Product Designers, Head of XD, Director of Product, CPO.

A glimpse of artefacts I've created over the past year to increase shared understanding across cross-disciplinary teams.

 

Most are derived from meetings and workshops i've run to unpick complex, ambiguous cross-domain pieces of work requiring stakeholder alignment, gap analysis, roadmap planning & alignment.

Referencing in Tenancy Manager

SaaS Product integration

Scoped, researched and designed integration of MVP of Referencing service in SaaS suite to unblock launch and unlock key driver of referencing volume and ancillary revenue.

Information architecture project artefact

Information architecture project

Working with the Director of Product, 4x Heads of Product, 3 x Lead Product Designers and COO to define direction, align roadmaps and strategically future-proof offering and optimise existing information architecture of our 20y.o. legacy consumer product.

​

  • This will be the biggest consumer facing change in Rightmove since digitising UK property advertising and my team's the first to deliver it.

  • Challenged with determining the long-term information architecture of the product in tandem with short-term goals for current and future users, while delivering an experience just for renters.

  • Achieved this primarily by collaborating with leads and service designers across domains, planning and conducting primary and secondary research, and breaking down the project into the elements of the user experience and clear phases the company could understand. Happy to share more on this at interview.
