My current world
I lead Rightmove's newest B2C experience and B2B SaaS Lettings products. Supporting consumers and customers from enquiry to keys on one SaaS platform.
I manage a team of 4 fantastic Product Designers and am responsible for shaping the strategic vision in conjunction with a complex web of executive stakeholders.

My career in a nutshell
I did things backwards. Started with people and processes, then craft followed. I began by interviewing and recruiting teams, then moved on to cross-functional strategic projects before engaging in tactical work. This early-career journey required strong business understanding and effective stakeholder management.

Product design - responsive web and native apps for all business sizes; from the largest takeaway company in Europe, to a double digit sized niche start-up in Australia. Covered both B2B and B2C, SaaS, ecommerce, marketplaces and more.
In my spare time I like to paint, snowboard and travel.
